Dynamic and experience teachers

H&H recruits a qualified staff of Czech and foreign trainers. Foreign teachers must have experience of teaching before we consider them for a position, In-house training also adds to there experience. Local teachers who are Czech must have a university qualification in the language they are teaching and/or an international certificate of an equivalent level. Teachers also require at least 12 months of experience in living in a country where the language they are teaching is spoken naturally.

Currently our local teachers have, on average, more than two- years' experience teaching company classes.

Our teachers have access to regular in-house workshops and training sessions to enhance their ability to further improve their skills in teaching both general and business language.

H&H has full support facilities, including copiers, internet stations solely for the use of teachers and a resource centre.

H&H provides all required textbooks to teachers and may supply books to students via their teachers through H&H’s bookshop.

H&H arrange accommodation and provide full orientation for our foreign teachers if necessary.

We operate a system of peer assessment and regular visitations to teaching sites to develop and verify the overall quality of teaching.
