Before starting...
Consultation with client management- training or personnel departments. We define the language needs and
conception of the program from the viewpoint of the employer. The employer will then produce a list of
students who have the need for language education, and then we decide the following steps.
Consultation with the students - Our Director of Education or Education manager explains the options
that are available according to the general wishes of the client. H&H creates a class profile to
assist in choosing the best teacher and program.
Placement tests help us get a detailed picture of the student’s language levels. A written placement
test is given on-site or sent to the student to be faxed or emailed back to H&H.
Confirmation of the schedule, intensity and payment conditions is made by H&H. Contracts or purchase
orders are prepared according to the precise agreements made.
A H&H senior member of staff visits the students before or on the first lesson to ensure that all
organisational details are clear.
