Our information system

What you want to know- when you want to know it

We are able to give our clients information concerning their employee’s lessons and send it via e-mail at any time upon request. Information is automatically sent every three months from our information system and this information includes the following:

- Reports on lessons taught and cancelled with attendance percentages.
- Reports on test results.
- Questionnaires regarding course evaluation.
- Student, teacher and H&H comments made over a three month period.
- Current level of the student.

All of this comes in an easy format so you are able to see if there has been any changes made in each period e.g. you will see if a student’s attendance is better or worse than the last period or if the student has developed in their language level.

Our information system is also a data base which has telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of all students so we can make any changes quickly and efficiently and without interrupting the client managers.

Finally, the information system includes details of our client’s contract. The importance of this is that we are able to invoice using the system without making errors resulting in less work for the financial department and payments on time.
