H&H creates its programs to the specifications of the client. Schedules, course length, course content and class location are always adjusted to the wishes and mainly the educational needs of all sides.

Reliability:
H&H will always place reliable teachers who have a professional approach to language teaching, are dressed in a suitable way and have a polite manner. The student will be appointed with the same teacher for the length of the course who is always flexible to the student’s needs and requirements. Replacement lessons are done following H&H policy covering any lessons missed through cancellation of the student or teacher.

H&H has a unique information system delivering regular attendance and evaluation reporting.
Our web based information system allows H&H managers and teachers instant access to the data that is most important to them to be able to act quickly and incisively. Our custom database management system is used to provide educational reports to companies quickly in a clear and understandable format. Regular assessment questionnaires monitor student satisfaction, with the results made promptly and available to client managers.
